St. James United Church
Details of the façade of St. James United Church in Montreal. It was hidden from view by a row of commercial buildings for almost eighty years. In order to pay for it's upkeep, the chruch had allowed construction on its land as a temporary measure in 1926. After several attempts in the previous decades, demolition of those businesses finally began in 2005.
